The Kyonan coast, where the Kuroshio Current meets the nutrient-rich waters of Tokyo Bay, is an outstanding fishing ground, and a wide variety of fine seafood is landed here in abundance all year round. We buy fish landed that very day every morning, so only the freshest ingredients are used.

Dinner and breakfast are both served in private rooms of the dining area, with a view of the ocean. Beyond the view, details such as the kumiko latticework doors and the lighting have been chosen with care to create a refined space.
